Discounted In-House Dental Savings Plan for CoC Members and Employees without Dental Insurance
Our Gold Plan is a yearly plan that saves you over $800 every year on routine dental care. Our normal fee is $400, but this is a special discount just for our Chamber of Commerce members, their employees, and employee families who don't have dental insurance. Our discounted memberships fees are $350 per adult, $650 per couple, $275 per child 18 and under and $450 for senior wellness and periodontal patients (3 cleaning / year). • 2 teeth cleanings and exams
• All necessary X-rays
• Up to 2 fluoride treatments
• 1 included emergency appointment and a $50.00 copay for additional exams
• 10% off on all other dental treatment - This including implant related-services and cosmetics. Does not include Invisalign.
• $500.00 voucher for Invisalign and Clear Aligner Orthodontics
